نفذ حكم الإعدام، فجر الثلاثاء، بحق ثلاثة من المدانين بجرائم قتل في قطاع غزة، بحسب ما أعلنت النيابة العامة التابعة لسلطات حركة حماس غزة في بيان.
وأعدم الرجال الثلاثة بسرية تامة، فيما كان النائب العام إسماعيل جبر طلب في الآونة الأخيرة أن يتم إعدام المجرمين المدانين بجرائم حق عام في الساحات العامة، وهو ما يعتمد عادة بحق الفلسطينيين المتهمين بالتعامل مع إسرائيل.
وتقول السلطة الفلسطينية إن تنفيذ حماس أحكام إعدام دون الرجوع للرئيس الفلسطيني محمود عباس الذي يجب أن يصادق على الأحكام، يعد انتهاكاً للقوانين.
